The Good Samaritan Health Center is working to remove the barriers preventing low-income families from obtaining access to quality healthcare in the Atlanta area. By providing a full circle of health that includes medical, dental, behavioral, nutrition/health education, and wellness services, we are helping to reverse the healthcare gap in our community and set families on a path to achieving long-term health.
The Medical Mission at Home provides free, organized health and social services to low-income and uninsured individuals, ensuring real-time care with necessary follow-ups. These community health events offer medical care, screenings, behavioral health support, dental and vision services, hearing tests, foot washing, spiritual care, prescriptions at no cost, and referrals for continued treatment.
The Urban Clinic of Atlanta is a free, primary care clinic located in Fulton County serving uninsured and medically underserved adults. The free clinic has grown from a volunteer-operated program to a nurse-managed team of 10 part-time employees and over 30 volunteers.
